They're just so cheesy...
Who knew Twilight was afraid of quesadillas? I saw somebody say that now we know she might have turophobia, or the fear of cheese, usually because of a traumatic past experience with it. I don't blame her, though. There are plenty of foods people fear, and not just because the taste is dreadful, but it was either a bad part of somebody's past or it could pose certain health concerns. For example, although it's pretty much my favorite food, I'm scared of meat. I mean, it's common knowledge that you have to heat meat at a good 160 F./70 C., but...I'm always uncertain. What if harmful organisms like salmonella somehow survive? What if I became infected with E. Coli? Talk about being paranoid. Are any of you guys afraid of any kinds of foods?
So the episode today starred Prince Rutherford from Yakyakistan visiting Twilight and her friends, looking to bond with them and establish diplomatic relationships (a little surprising for the show). Though a problem befalls her and her friends when they take "make yourself at home" to a whole nother level. They are perfectionists in terms of how things run back in their homeland, so it is up to Pinkie to make it the best for them. It was a wacky, fast-paced episode with a few gags that got a few good chuckles out of me. And in this episode, we find out Twilight fears quesadillas!
In this, Twilight is perched on a cabinet, vainly avoiding the popular Spanish food as the Anon offers it to her. Unbeknownst to him, she is afraid of quesadillas.
